But these two products are actual structural and functional dupes! It really annoys me when people say two products are dupes when they’re designed completely differently, with different classes of ingredients, and literally the only thing in common are that they’re both sunscreens. Trader Joe’s Daily Facial Sunscreen is clearly designed to be a dupe of Supergoop’s Unseen Sunscreen, with a very similar ingredient list. But it did look much more velvety and matte than it felt, thanks to the silicones!
